I had a horrible workout no energie. No power to lift weight. Don’t know why. But I went through it, not like planed (bizeps, trizeps) but with a lot of cardio.. No pain - no gain.

Hot springs resort? Isn’t it hot as hell today?

Yeees, it’s damn hot… But the tickets were a present for my boyfriends last birthday and we had to use them bevore the end of the validity.
And I have to say: It was perfekt! Hot, but big part is inside. If the weather is bad, you have to wait to get in for at least 1 hour. Today it was almost empty!
