I try to do the 30DS every day, but In fact, I do it about 5-6 days/week. Example friday: I oversleept in the morning and didn’t had the time to do it in the evenig :(

I like Jillian Michaels. I really do, but It’s boring to do the same workout every damn day and hear her saing the same things all the time. Please, keep quiet!

I started with the 30 Days Shred from Jillian Michaels. But it’s hard to stick to it, so I thought it would be easier, more interesting and motivation to do it with someone else. Is someone interested in doing this together?
