30DS - L3D22 - done
Gym is closed today! Horrible!
I’m a little bitte proud of myself. Half of it is done. And I feel already prepaired to go on with level 4… oh. there is no level 4?! =’(
Level 3 is my favorite level. I guess it’s the most diversified of the 3 levels.
I guess this is 30DS Level 3… But I’m happy. My shoulders are one of the parts I just decidet to train harder.
I normaly do it in the morning, at 6am - my body don’t like this. But I know, I wouldn’t do it in the evening…
I like Jillian Michaels. I really do, but It’s boring to do the same workout every damn day and hear her saing the same things all the time. Please, keep quiet!
Ufff… I think this 30 Days are going to be hard.
I started with the 30 Days Shred from Jillian Michaels. But it’s hard to stick to it, so I thought it would be easier, more interesting and motivation to do it with someone else. Is someone interested in doing this together?
