Veggie-Pasta creations
I use 3 carrotts and 1 zucchini and add some sauce like:
1. Prawns with hot-tomato-sauce2. with minced meat (my favorite) and tomato-sauce3. nature4. Tuna and tomatoes5. Tomato-sauce

Dark chocolate trail mix bites.  Melt the chocolate in the microwave, pour small circles on wax paper, sprinkle trail mix on top, put in refrigerator over night. Done!
